As part of our growth, we are recruiting Intervention Technicians to join our dynamic team and contribute directly to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Intervention Technician will provide in-home IT services to individual clients, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
In-Home Interventions
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions or technical issues on clients' IT equipment (computers, networks, peripherals, etc.).
- Install, configure, and update software or operating systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize IT equipment functionality.
Client Assistance and Support
- Explain solutions provided to clients clearly and understandably.
- Provide advice on the use and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Follow up after the intervention if necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Equipment and Tools Management
- Manage the tools, equipment, and parts needed for interventions (computers, cables, software, etc.).
- Ensure proper organization of materials and their restoration after each intervention.
Compliance with Procedures
- Follow intervention protocols and best practices defined by the company.
- Complete intervention reports and transmit them in real-time to the operations team.
Desired Profile
Education
Student in IT, systems and networks, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common applications.
- Proficiency in home networks (Wi-Fi setup, router configuration, etc.).
- Sensitivity to client needs and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to quickly resolve technical issues.
- Autonomy and capability to work while traveling.
- Driver's license.
